Open Question: everything i need for drywall finishing?room completely drywalled and first coat mudded. it does have a corner at the very top where to sides meet idk what i need for that just tape and mud? supply list of everything to finish the job? i got this so far, mudd, mud knife, tape, sander, drywall knife, utility knife, what else would be good idea to have. Open Question: drywall job mudding help?so i have a room standard bedroom size dont have dimensions on me its all drywalled and first coat mudded(spackle) i say mud. Im going to sane it down and second coat maybe third coat depending. couple questions for the cieling it comes to a tight point two edges meeting together. do i have to use some special stuff or can i just tape and mudd this joint folding the tape in half? also the client wants the room painted dark. isnt this going to show any tiny uneven level in the drywall where all the joints nail holes were filled no matter how close i get it? tips help greatly appretiated.
