Open Question: Is there a big difference in one bedroom main floor vs two bedroom main floor?We currently have a two bedroom one bath on the main floor. One bedroom is very small and fits only a twin bed along with dresser etc. Hubby wants to remodel and that would leave us with only one bedroom on the main floor. We also have a bedroom on lower level with a bathroom and a bedroom on upper level with bath also. I am wondering when it comes to resale if eliminating that second bedroom on main level would make a big difference in the selling price?? Open Question: Is it bad for the wick to blow out a scented candle?My girlfriend insists it is bad for the wick if you blow out a candle and always uses the cover that comes in jar candles to put out the flame.
