I am a young athlete, but I'm still worried about injuring myself because I'm slightly more fragile due to chemo (though tonight I feel fine.) We are about to move and there are all these boxes all over my room, and this HUGE bookcase like awkwardly jutting out from the wall, and I need to push it back and organize things. There's still like 5 days to go before the move and I can't deal with so much disorganization for that long. I also have a chest of drawers and a chair that I want to move. My parents aren't home right now and my sisters are too small to help, so I need to do it on my own. In the past I would just pull things out and then push back with my hip but now I'm scared I'll get a huge bruise or something. What technique can I safely use? I'm only moving things like maybe a couple of feet, and I'm not lifting. It is heavy though because it's all wood antique stuff. Thanks. What's the walking method?

I am getting married this summer and am in need of some tall vases that have enough room in them to fit multiple Granny Smith apples. Or if anyone has some cool ideas that could be used with the colors plum and like an apple greenish color. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am paying for everything myself so I do have a limited budget, but im open to all ideas!
