I am painting my bedroom and dark chocolate brown this morning.The carpet is a cream color. All my furniture (bed frame,bookshelf, desk and dresser) are all different colors like brown oak and black. I want to paint them to go with the new brown color. Would it be better to paint them white or black? Any suggestions? I should also mention that the other color is red (thats what my comforter and throw pillows are)
moving into a 3 car garage apartment, the new living room is the whole upstairs, very tall ceiling any good ideas or websites on how to decorate a really large open area. a sofa in the middle of such a large room looks silly. i have some money to buy new things, what should i buy? any colors better for large spaces? thanks
My husband and I are stating to decorate the nursery for our new baby. We've orderd the theme that we like, and have decided to paint the bottom half of each wall a light brown and the top half of each wall a light green. We'd like a border to go in between the two colors but so far, we've had no luck.
