Does someone know where they sell more modern styles? I have a very small place but don't want to live my adult life in a twin.
Open Question: What is a good accent color to go with a pale green and yellow room?I have a pale green and yellow bed spread and am trying to figure out what would be a good accent color that I could incorporate into the room. Open Question: is it really common to have a tv in the living room?My husband is building a house for us, and I'm trying to think of how I'm going to decorate everything. We are going to have a game room also and I don't know if we should have a tv in the game room, the living room, or both. Any suggestions?? Thanks Open Question: (pictures included) Please take a look! I need your help with a rug issue?I went all over my city looking for an area rug that will fit our living room but I can't find a good one in my price range and if I do, it's too small for the room :( and I can't order online because shipping is too expensive in my country and rug are heavy (and we want a big one). This is the room with a rug I returned yesterday: http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee24/dewyn/room.jpg Note: Wall Units/Coffee tables are white. Anyway, I can only choose between two from what I found in the market. Either the one in the picture, or this one from IKEA: http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee24/dewyn/ikea.jpg The lighting is a little off, but it's a light sandy beige. I was thinking that if I use this beige rug, I can add cute colors as accents to the room with throw pillows and paintings. I also saw a few pics online where a sandy rug was used alongside blue walls & white furniture, like these: http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee24/dewyn/3256777318_61efc6f256.jpg and http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee24/dewyn/satc03.jpg But if you think that the one in the picture is still the better choice I'll just try to use more browns as accents in the room.. which I really don't prefer :( but I'd rather have that than a room that looks bad..
