Open Question: Black mold on the walls and ceilings?

I rent a granite cottage in Cornwall, the walls, ceilings upstairs and downstairs have black mold. This is the third time in 1 year I have scrubbed and cleaned off using bleach and water and have had to re paint the downstairs, I know it will come back though. Is there anything that will get rid of the problem once and for all? The landlord says the previous tenats complained about it, but all you have to do is wipe it off. I have also read online that it can be bad for your health too, can anyone advise please?

Open Question: I'm trying to paint my room...?

I'm repainting my room. I want to paint it midnight blue (I wanted to paint it black originally, but I wasn't sure how that would look) with either yellow, silver, or gold stars and moon. I can't find any stencils online at any stores. Can anyone help? Also, what do you think about a room being painted black? I have a black comforter with white polka dots. Thanks!

Open Question: Does a wall paper steamer make the job that much easier?

I am moving soon and will be spending many of my days removing wall paper! I have removed quite a bit before using the wall paper scorer and spray bottle and it has worked just fine for me. BUT I was wondering if a wall paper steamer would really make the job much quicker and easier?
