Open Question: How much to build a rear 3m extension? architects, builders, QS?can some one give me a rough idea of how much it would cost to build a standard 3m rear extension? size 5.3m width x 3m out and max high 2.9m. 900x600 foundation, new IC for drainage connection, timber joist flooring, brick and block cavity walls, 1x1200mm french doors, 1x1200mm window, flat EPDM roofing + 1x rooflight, all within the lawful development rights + building notice cost roughly. - exclude kitchen units and finishes. any architects, builders or QS have an idea? the cheapest i may be able to get it done in.
