Open Question: Where can I find a coffee lounge-type love seat?

I went to a coffee shop and saw a set of leather love seats. The top of the cushion was only about 12 inches off of the ground. I would like one of these but in a white shade rather than leather. Where can I find these for $250 or less?

Open Question: Stanley Steamer vs Sears Carpet Cleaner?

The house I just moved in has heavy trafficking on the carpet and I'm considering getting it professionally cleaned. I know Stanley Steamer and Sear are the top competitors, I really don't kknow which one to choose. As much detail as possible would be nice, such as: price, quality, how professional they are, etc. Also if there's any other great professional carpet cleaning companies that would be good.

Open Question: What colors look good with wood flooring and exposed brick walls?

I am moving into an apartment that has an exposed brick wall. The floors are a light color hard wood and the brick is classic red brick. All of the walls are an off white. One of my big concerns is that the kitchen opens into the living room and consists of black granite counters, black appliances, and dark cherry wood cabinets. Basically I have a mess of colors and textures, and I'm not sure what kind of colors i should use in terms of couches, rugs, coffee tables, pillows, and so on! Oh, and its an apartment so I CAN'T PAINT!! (yikes) Please let me know if you have ANY ideas!
