Open Question: estimated cost to install unfinished hardwood floors per sq. ft.?Can someone give me a rough estimate per square foot on what it cost to install and finish a hard wood floor. The cost should include wood products and labor. The flooring product will be 3/8" Bruce Red Oak Unfinished Hardwood. This will only include install of the floor, I will replace wash boards...etc. The current floor has a good sub floor. Thanks in advance.
