I would like it to be two stories, with the bottom area as a living type room/studio and the upstairs to be a bathroom with two walk in closets. Is this possible? If so, how much would something like this run? It doesn't have to be incredibly fancy, but I would just like to have an idea of what something like this would cost, if it is at all possible. Thanks!
