Tiny living room in apt..lacking light?I have a brown couch and a greenish/blue/greyish toss pillows and curtains from Target. The color is Rocky River. I have a contemporary rug with tan brown the bluish green color and the curtains are that color. I also have wall to wall carpet (unfortunately) that is an ugly beigey tannish color. A lot of it will be covered with throw rugs. I don't know whether to paint it white which will probably brighten it up or do a really light tan (I have a sample of SWhsofter tan at 50%). What to do ... what to do? Is tan to much of a blah bandaid color and will it depress me? its really really light. I don't know what to do! Help!
