So, every time it rains the carport gets really muddy and wet and gross. Its such a pain because I have a two year old who wants to splash in it every time we go to the car. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I considered turning the carport into a garage, but my husband doesn't seem to think this will help. He says that there is a gap between the garage door and the ground and that the water and mud will still get through. I've never had a garage so i don't know anything about it. I have a few Ideas in my head on what I want to do with the walls. here are my options. I know I want a checkered border in the middle to seperate and make the room look taller, Im not sure what colors to paint the top sections to make the room look larger. I am going to use a red and blue, Should I paint the above the border red? or blue?... obviously I want the color not chosen for the top to go on the bottom.
