We started demo on the foyer tonight - removing tile and subfloor to get to the original hardwood flooring. The subfloor has been glued to the hardwood flooring and just splinters when you try to remove it. Any suggestions on removing the subfloor or should we just scrap the project and put down new flooring? Just a clarification....the subfloor splinters not the flooring underneath.
