I'm remodeling my bathroom and putting in new tile flooring and vanity cabinet. Should I put flooring first or cabinet vanity? Should I put tiles under the cabinets or not? Thanks!
I have decided to remodel my parents bathroom before I move out of state so they can put their house on the market in the next couple of years. I'm putting a new counter, sink, light fixture in, etc. I am also going to paint the bathroom. I have been removing wallpaper the last few days and I know why the previous owners wanted it wallpapered. Where the heater is located in the bathroom, it was in an enclosed closet that has plywood for one wall panel. My question is, can I just plaster and sand the plywood panel to make it have the consistency of the other dry wall around the bathroom? If that is not possible, what are some other possibilities? I want to avoid putting up sheet rock in that area at all possible too. Any comments would be appreciated!
Hi, my parents are getting some serious interior work done on our house. Well, today some painters came in and painted the kitchen/dining room area. The smell is VERY strong, even though the paint is dry; I get somewhat dizzy and a bit of a headache when I walk into the recently painted areas. Could breathing this smell harm me in any way? or will I be alright until it goes away? thanks.

My grandpa is gonna give me a flat he has on the 7th floor of a building, but it used to host an Accountant Firm, so it has fluorescent lights and it's separated into the boss's office and the clerks, it has only a toilet and a sink, and on the next room, there's a kitchen sink.
