My wife and I have been here 3 days now and we don't know what this is. It is like a white speaker kinda thing in each room (3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen). Thank you! :) Open Question: Order for decorating rooms?My floors are already sanded and varnished years ago and now parts of it have really had it. Do I have to resand the whole room and stain and varnish again or would it be ok just to roughly sand the main traffic ways, stain and varnish? Also, would I paint the ceiling and the walls first so that the new floor wouldnt get spoilt? or would I do the floor first and protect it, so that the newly painted room wouldnt get dusty with sanding?
