I dont like to throw beds around and just sleep where ever, I like to decorate! So with that being said I want to kinda decorate the room, well split the room so that everyone have their own flavor to their own space! My kids have a bunk bed. I have a boy and a girl! My son is is into cars and music, my daughter into anything girly thats not pink! Im more emo and am a hair stylist. What to do??? Open Question: Our new neihbors put up a privacy fence that causes many maintainance problems for us, not even sure the fence?is over there property line. If we have it surveyed, and it turns out that the fence is on our property, who is responsible for the cost? Also, if the fence is on there land, and we cannot do the upkeep to our house because of it, ( they never answer the door so we can have access to our gutters and such) is there any laws regaurding these kind of situations?
