Open Question: What are the best black lights to use for lighting a large area?

I would like to change over from a "casual" atmosphere to a more "youthful and club-esque" atmosphere after hours at a restaurant. The bar area is roughly 30' x 50'. What would be the best/cost-efficient way to achieve this effect? What types of lighting would you suggest?

Open Question: Should I get a Geothermal Heat Pump or a High SEER conventional Heat Pump?

I am getting ready to replace our 10 SEER conventional central heat and air heat pump and I am trying to decide what to replace it with. We plan on living here for the duration, but I have heard a few things about Geothermal that concern me so I thought I would ask here to see if anyone out there can confirm or deny this info. Concerning Geothermal I have heard... 1. They don't heat and cool that well 2. Contrary to popular belief they do wear out 3. When it gets real cold they don't really work 4. They take a long time to heat and cool 5. They hurt the resale value of a home The High Efficency Conventional Heat Pumps on the other hand I have heard... 1. Wear out and break very easily 2. Are not worth the extra money you spend on them in terms of savings 3. Have to be replaced every 10 to 15 years (as opposed to Geothermal which theoretically never wears out) I would really like to do an energy efficent unit, but I am not 100% convinced it is the way to over a standard Heat Pump in terms of savings vs. cost. I appreciate any adice anyone can offer. Thanks,
