The home does not currently have air conditioning or duct work. I'm thinking a middle-grade system (certainly not high-end but not cheap/crappy either). Open Question: How can I make my house look bigger?My husband and I are putting our house up for sale. It is only 800sq ft. It was perfect when we bought it 5 years ago, but now we have a 17 month old son and we are just out of room. The problem is, is that no room shows!! Every corner has something in it.
