Open Question: Need help mounting furniture and posters on my wall.?

So my rooms a mess, im 19 and am getting out of the id ont give an F about my room phase. Im tryin to cover every inch of wall so you cant see all the paintball grime and dust. I have shelves and tons of things like that, but have no clue how to put them in a wall. From what i know, you use a drill with one of those plastic stub things, stick that in the wall, and then u should be able to screw the screw into there. Im terrified im gonna strip either of those in the process. Does any one have any links with pictures to show me what i need and how to do it. Are there any vids on youutub? The one i saw didnt help at all. Please leave me as much info as u can, and i will get back to u asap. Thanks so much 8) Btw i have no carpentry skills what so ever, other than tapping aluminum to make threads for different things. I even have one of those drill press things. Thanks again

Open Question: Do you like my new house?

I was kind of going for the Disney castle look. http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj129/Miamivice88/?action=view¤t=FrenchCastlestylehomeChateauplanblu.jpg Ricky J, you can have the 15th bedroom in the tower but rent will be $25,000/month which includes butler, and 3 meals/day from private chef. LOL, I don't think this is even a real house. It appears to be a computer-made model. I bet it would cost at least $25 million.

Open Question: Walls in the first floor of my house are very damp. What can I do so that wallperpers won't fall?

Hi everybody! I'd thankful to anybody to advise me something: the walls of the first floor of my house are damp beacause of my location near water+the climate is also damp, foggy at my place. I put(stick) wallperpers on the walls again and again but after some time the platers pours with sewer and the wallpepers are falling. Maybe it's better to paint the walls but since the plaster does not remain on the walls the paint won't also stay on the wall surface for a long time. If someone knows something about it please advise me anything BUT I the way out of this situation must be cheap.I'm sorry but I can't afford buying any expensive building materials for this purpose. Thanks! Bye.
