Open Question: Need help redecorating my bathroom! What to accessories to use?

I am slowly redecorating my bathroom. My theme is bright red and leopard.( I know it's different) So far I have a leopard shower curtain, red bath mat, leopard vanity rug, and a leopard and red towel display. I can't decide weather to get a red tooth brush holder, shower curtain hooks, soap dispenser, and tumbler or if I should go with a more neutral color like bronze/brass finish or a Chrome/silver. Also I have a huge vanity and two huge open spaces on either side of the sink I need filled. What should I put there? Maybe a candle set or towel display? I just don't know. Pictures would be great! Thanks in advance! Also need something to hang on the wall either it be a picture or a candle sconce or anything else cute!

Open Question: Floors To Go Laminate Flooring?

I am in desperate need for some laminate flooring from floors to go. I purchased the flooring in 2007 from floors to go and i am taking it with me to fit in my new house, and i went to my local store yesterday to see if they still have it in stock, they advised me they discontinued it 1 year ago, is there any way to get this flooring as i need it so bad,(i only need 3 packs) or an alternative that looks nearly identical, I don't want to buy new flooring for the whole room as i am on a budget. I LIVE IN DUDLEY, WEST MIDLANDS, also the flooring is 75% laid so i would hate to take it up. The flooring is beech.

Open Question: What treatment should i use for my stone floor.?

I have took the linoneum up from the kitchen floor and found a yorkshire stone floor underneith. The blocks are quite big and i 'd like to use them as the floor surface. They were tanked in (thin layer of waterproof concrete over them) which i have chipped off. The stones are a bit rough in places and i'm not sure how to clean them up or whether they should be covered in some sealant or varnich to stoipp them getting dirty and so they can be mopped. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Open Question: Mould in home, caused by damp maybe?

Our walls are damp on the edges and corners and about half way up the wall. Mould is growing on the walls - particularly around the skirting board edges. What would be the main cause of this and why? also, how do I prevent it? I live in an electric house with crap stoarge heaters we do not use so heat the place with actually quite reasonable oil filled radiators.

Open Question: My contractor handyman is having trouble getting vinyl floor off cement?

The vinyl mostly is up, but there are a few very thin patches (maybe a second layer?) and some of surface still has hard glue patches around the kitchen. Scraping with a machine and by hand did not remove it. Neither did chemical remover. I think there is too much area for a torch. If I tell him to lay the new Ceramic Tiles (12 X 12) over the remaining, will it even out as it is laid down and stay even? This is a kitchen. Need answer today, maybe tomorrow, so if you answer before the end of project it might help. Ahhhhhh. One other thing. If I tell him to go ahead and try laying the stone tiles over the old glue and stuff am I libal? If I tell him to use heat, and he burns down the house, am I libal for that accident?

Open Question: Most durable paint for plastic items?

I have a little plastic container I want to paint. It will get handled regularly so I need something durable. Should I pre-treat it with something before painting, or lightly sand it?
