I'm going to buy a "sold as-is" house assuming it's in good shape after the inspection. The house is approximately 2700 sq ft. The previous owners did a terrible job of painting every room in the house. There's paint on the baseboards, trim, crown molding, ceiling, terrible faux finishes, wallpaper...You get the idea? Also, they took every single light fixture, smoke detector, and the home alarm system. The house also need MINOR repairs to the sheetrock just from normal wear and tear. How do I find a company that can handle all of these repairs including installing new light fixtures, smoke detectors, etc. About how much do you think this should cost? It's primarily paint.
