Open Question: what do you call that curtain piece that is NOT a panel but it's long and frames the window, usually sheer?So you have your 2 curtain panels covering your window but what do you call the curtain that you use for decoration that is really long, usually sheer and in a different color (pink curtains and green sheer accent) It's wide but doesn't have any loops to but a rod through like the panels do. It's really long usually so it touches the floor and frames the window all the way around. I can't think of it for the life of me! I have one in white! But I want to get a lime green one and can't find them anywhere!
