Open Question: what kind of hardwood flooring is the best?I have been looking around and noticed that there are different categories of hardwood flooring. Engineering, Solid Hardwood, Bamboo, etc. I am looking to change out my carpet and am stuck in which type to use and how to look for quality. I really have no budget because when it comes to my home I believe in you get what you pay for, unless you know otherwise and tell me that a cheaper type of food is the exact same, leave your email if you have alot of details to teach me about hardwood flooring, thank you edit; I meant cheaper type of wood not food LOL Open Question: Big Problem when I paint the walls of my house. Please Help?We have applied primer, we are using clean rollers. Yet when we apply the paint to the wall, it doesn't stick on the wall and stays on the roller instead. In other words, the amount of paint on the roller from the point we dipped and covered it, and the amount of paint when we apply it on the wall does not have much difference. We are using top quality paint from Behr. My carpet is also green. But the carpet is really old and faded, its like a really pale green. My walls are an ugly green which I don't like anymore! I liked it for the first year I had it painted, but now I cant stand it!! Im 15 years old, I painted it when I was 13 (and all by myself) :) and I want to repaint it, but I dont know what color I should paint my room! Its such an ugly green, like grass.
