For my reception I wanted to drape the walls with fabric. My colors are black and white with a little red. I don't care what type of fabric it is. Would I be correct in saying that Tulle is probably going to be the cheapest? The hall where the reception will be is quite small. 30ftx40ft, so I'd say 40yds of black, and 40yds of white will do the trick. Any help is appreciated!
