One side has an adjacent wall, the other has a upvc frame and the door (also upvc). I want t put up drapes (like a scarf type valance) just to make it look a bit more homely and warm in there. The problem is that the house is rented so I don't want to drill holes or screw anything into the upvc frame. Because the wall is frame is flat, there's no way to use a tension rail. The previous tenants used those little plastic adhesive hooks to hold things up, but it's evident that they have fallen off or snapped in the past. Any ideas?
