Open Question: Black plastic sheeting for a party?

Well me and my friend are planning a dance/pool party for the end of the school year and we are using another friend's house for it and we're turning the living room into a dance floor and we want to make the environment more "dancy" so we were looking into black plastic sheeting which is expensive and we are two teens who are broke so I was wondering if you anyone knows like a cheaper alternative with like, garbage bags perhaps? Idk any suggestions, or cheaper alternatives to making the living room more "dancy"? Thank you.

Open Question: What colour should I paint my bedroom?

I have light wooden blinds, a dark blue carpet on top of floorboards and a light (sort of) orange wooden desk. My bed has a blue blanket on top of it normally, but the sheets are pink&yellow or shades of blue. My room is currently yellow. Thanks for the help! Also, I was thinking a light purple (maybe like dulux immortal)? If you could suggest colours of the dulux paint website that would be great.

Open Question: How to give my apartment my own little edge?

I want to make my apartment a little quirky. I collect vinyl records and CD albums, I have 7 bookcases full, I was going to put them in the study room. I also collect clocks, I was going to put loads on the wall in the kitchen. Also, would this look OK in my room? http://images2.fanpop.com/image/photos/9700000/Brand-New-Eyes-Frames-paramore-9744286-600-405.jpg My and I collect small bird houses, should we put up a ledge that borders the whole room just below the ceiling and put them all there? in our bedroom that is. We also have huge posters like this to put arounds: http://images2.fanpop.com/images/photos/8400000/-Inside-Hayley-Williams-Tennessee-House-paramore-8427887-500-365.jpg Any other ideas on how to make my house look real quirky and have a cute little edge, and are these too much? ***My Boyfriend and I sorry, typo
