Open Question: Has anyone got good experience of a kitchen designer in London?We have just bought our first house and it in need of major work. We want to knock our lounge through to make a large kitchen that will serve as a diner too. We are unsure of plubing, electrics, building etc and was considering using a kitchen designer. Does anyone have a recomendation on one? Open Question: Can you return aplant to 'Lowes' just because you dont want it?I recently bought a bonsai tree from lowes (havnt even had it a week) and Im wishing to return it because I want to get one off the internet. There is nothing wrong with the plant, will lowes alow me to return the plant? I know they have a 30day warranty if the plant dies, but what if i just dont want it? Open Question: What is this old piece (antique)?I need to know what an old piece is and what it was used for and approximately how old it is It's an old glass piece with wires sticking out of the top. We thought it was lamp at first, but there are no cords on the bottom of it. The top is brass where the wires are sticking out, looks like the top part is missing.
