The brick is very old and the mortar joints are shot and porous allowing groundwater to seep into the crawl space from below. what is the best concrete mix for this type of application? My 52" LCD television unfortunately is too large to fit above the fireplace in it's current location, so we were planning on moving the fireplace to the opposite wall (as indicated by the photo).
