Open Question: how much would it cost for me to buy a mobile or manufactured home?My moms boyfriend just bought a house on a very big piece of land. He suggested i buy a mobile home and i can use his land to put it on. I have no idea about any of this stuff..im from jersey. Id like a two bedromm 1-2 bath reg lil home manufactured/mobile. I looked online and all i can find for sale is ones that are in a mobile home park. Then i was reading you would need an electrical hook up/septic tank etc for the home..would i be able to use their septic tank etc.. i know how dumb this must sound im 21 years old i dont know anything about this sort of thing. So basically how much would it be for a standard 1,000 square foot one? Also, would i have to pay cash for it or monthly? Help ??? :) Open Question: Which accent chair looks better for my bedroom?
