My parents did this when I was younger. I was for some reason always get really pretty stuff. For instance, my old bedroom ,it was pink and frilly with all the matching furniture and for some reason, now its the complete oposite. I have one dresser from the matching set and the other was just a plain dresser, no details. Reason I don't have any of that kind of stuff now is because my parent can't afford it (no my other parent is not dead!) I seriously wish I could have had all that stuff now. I never knew it would be this bad when I asked for a twin sized bed. Now I regret never asking to bring my other bed with us. Now We cant especially that my brothers broke the pole while fighting in my room (Yeah I know, retarded, and plus it was a canopy bed) and my other parent just won't let us. I really don't know what to do with this box we call a room. It's small, the walls look dirty (don't know why, not like dirt dirty, but a little off white) the edge of my door is chipping, and its only my door (the wood, not the paint. Its a flat door, no indentions) theres stuff on my walls from my adhesive bullitien board and dry erase marker, the closet door came off its henges (which actually it was like that when we moved in to this apartment.). Why does this always seem to happen? You do all kinds of fun stuff at a smaller kid, and you get the room of your dreams but then when you get older things get worse. Well it these thats the way it is for me. The Person renting it (dont ask who it is cuz i wont tell you) has called people to fix it and they never have. Anyways, if you don't understand my question at all, here is a shortened version of t: How do I re-do my room for a price thats not really exspensive? And is there anyway to cover up these spots on the walls and the chipped door? I can't paint the walls. (By the way, I'm not doing it now, I just want to know for it it happens later cuz I got a "one day" answer from my parent. :P) When I say spoil, I mean give almost everything you want to you. They did pretty much this with me. They decided to give me pets when I'm younger and then when I get to an age where I actually can care for a pet, I can't get one because one parent doesnt like dogs and wont get me a pet, and the other we're not allowed pets here.
