Open Question: I want to be a navy seal? and more... Open Question: I want to be a navy seal?I am graduating high school this year and I want to become a Navy Seal. I know it is the hardest training in the world but I want to give it a try. I talked to a navy recruiter and he told me I would have to go to MEPS to take my ASVAB. Then I would have to choose a job and then I would be able to try out for the navy seals when I go to boot camp. I do not understand why the job I choose cannot be Navy Seal. If I sign a contract to have a different job am I still guaranteed the opportunity to try out for the seal challenge and get a seal contract even if that is not the job i originally choose. I am in good physical shape. I'm not fat, unathletic, or dumb. I wrestle, play football, rugby, do jiu jitsu and muay thai. and my GPA is an 80. My recruiter told me I will get to do the challenge with the swimming and running and push ups while I am at boot camp and if I pass I will get sent to training to become a seal but i do not think that sounds right. I just dont want to get lost in the system and end up not being able to try what I really want to do. Open Question: Home building question!?I found a house plan that's 1800 square foot LIVING. With the Carport, storage and rear porch, it is 2700 square foot TOTAL. In my area, it's costing about 100.00 a square foot to build. My home will be built pretty standard, except for granite counter tops. Do I need to multiply the 100.00 a square foot times 1800 LIVING or 2700 TOTAL .. To get an estimate cost to build? Can someone help me out with this? What exactly do you mean 60%? Sorry I'm so new at this. Open Question: How to turn white girls bedroom furniture into boys furniture?I have an old bedroom set from when I was a child that is still in great condition. The furniture is sturdy and finish is still mostly in good condition. There are some spots that are yellowing, but they are few and not worth redoing the whole thing over. It is now my little boy's furniture. What can I do to make it more masculine for him? The handles will need to be replaced as they are victorian style, but is there anything else i need to do to make it suitable for a little boy? Im not good at DIY projects but I will try if needed. I was wondering if you had to be extremely good at math like the area and perimeter crap to become a good interior designer/ decorator. I'm like really bad at math. I like coming up with ideas for painting and furniture. My room isn't the best right now... mostly because of my bed... I got rid of it because my dog couldn't get up on it, and I was just sick and tired of that ugly bed. My walls are mint green, baby blue, white and black. It sounds ugly, because of the black, but it's actually pretty nice because it goes with my blanket pattern and my dresser and nightstand...
