I see ads for "youth" beds and some of them have "kiddy" colors or styles but some of them look "grownup". I looked up twin mattress measurements and I found that there are two: 39 x 75 and 39 x 80. I don't think that just 5 inches in length would make the difference in a twin mattress being considered youth or adult, would it?
