Open Question: What is the best way to attach a large field of felt to wood?Open Question: in the market for a decent 12 x12 floor tile?in the process of shopping i am coming across "made in china" flooring tiles, are these products durable, are they reliable, will there be a quaility issue with long term use? can anyone recommend a tile that is manufactered in the U.S.? there are so many different tiles on the market it is hard to choose, should we even be using a porcelean tile, what about vinyl sheet goods? this is a bathroom application..5' wide 7' deep Open Question: how to let my parents allow me to get a closet????okay, my room is approx. 10ftx12ft and you have to walk through my younger sister's room to get to it... my problem is that im a 13 year old and im getting older and desperately need a closet to hold my clothes. i only have 5 small drawers (ie socks) and 3 larger ones (ie pants/shirts) i have two consecutive cabinets that i really don't use and i saw this wardrobe(mirrored PAX) that wasn't that expensive and would fit perfectly in their place... Open Question: My bedroom's color scheme?My mom recently let me redecorate my room. That includes painting the walls, new bedding, and etc. I have a few color schemes in mind. Red and black and gray. Open Question: Can I install radiant floor heating with a tankless water heater?I am thinking of putting in radiant floor heating, but I don't want to use electric coils. Can I use a hydronic system with a tankless water heater? From what I understand tankless heaters only fire up when the water flow rate reaches 2.5 gallons per minute... will a hydronic system keep the heater running? I am going this route to save money in the long run on utilities, but I am not sure if it is counterproductive... I am also wondering if I need a separate boiler for the radiant heating system.
