Open Question: What is a creative way of reusing my old perfume bottles?

i have lots of empty perfume bottles including YSL, chanel, dior, and i don't want to just throw them away. Can anyone think of a creative, arty, decorative way to recycle these bottles that will still contribute to the art deco style of my home? thanks :)

Open Question: I would like to know how much will it cost to do a minor remodel. Carpet, paint, new cabinets?

I would like to remodel my home with new carpet, cabinets, paint, bathroom vanity, new linoleum flooring in the kitchen. I would like to do this under $7000. Should hire individuals or should I get a contractor? I know I have been quoted about $2,800 8x10 kitchen for cabinets with a counter top. Needs some help with this.

Open Question: Wedding backdrop to cover ugly wall?

HI! So I need some cheap ideas to create a backdrop for my reception hall. It is a senior center and the wall where we may be putting the head table is covered in those ugly brown and brass award plaques on a ugly yellow/brown wall. We want to create a backdrop to cover it so the pictures will come out nicely. Any ideas. I know we could do fabric but how would I hang it. We are not allowed to hang anything on the walls or from the ceiling. Ideas???

Open Question: where or how to throw away old concrete pieces and wood?

I just bought a house a couple months ago and while digging up the yard I found a ton of concrete blocks / pieces. Also behind the shed is more building bricks, tiles and long pieces of wood (log type). I tried putting a few out for normal garbage and they wont take it. I will get a dumpster if need be. I just wanted to see if anyone knew a cheaper way to dispose of this stuff?? Or where I could call, maybe my local town hall for special pick-up?? Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!
