Tahh a billion X <333 Open Question: Plasterboard/MDF help for smoothing a bumpy wall?We need to smooth down a wall which was once covered with wooden cladding. Have filled in some holes with plaster but don't want to plaster the whole thing as can't plaster smooth enough! We're hoping to attach sheets of plasterboard or MDF (or anything else anyone can suggest) so what would you use to do this? Any tips or anything would be extremely appreciated! (Would hire a plasterer but can't afford one. Intend to wallpaper the wall after. Maybe with lining paper underneath- if needed?)
