Look at the bedding?Open Question: what colour should i have my bedroom?basically im really fed up with my bedroom at the mo' i have 3 walls white and one wall has zebra print wallpaper but i don't really like that anymore and i want a complete change. im going to paint all of my walls white but i want a coloured theme for a throw and a rug and stuff like that. and by the way im a complete tomboy so no pink and purple lol please help! (L) well my rooms quite big and i will be buying to furniture to suit :D oh and i have quite a big window (Y) Open Question: I found a Biggish CRAB in my bedroom !!?Ok so I was woken up this morning at about 3am with this noise like a mouse in my computer desk, I thought it was a gekko as we have many of them, but then finally I gturned on the light and it was a bloody CRAB!! I have no idea how a freaken Crab can get in my bedroom, I do live a few streets back from the beach but this is so weirdo....This is one of those crabs you find on the beach, NOT a hermit crab...It was smaller than my hand but still not small....I havent been to the beach for a couple of months and cant see how it could of even got inside past the tiles as it couldnt seem to walk on the tiles...How long could of this Carb been inside for? what would of it eaten and with no water? (Although I do have an ensuite), I have heard this noise a couple of weeks ago as well. It was full of energy so didnt look to sick either. Any crab experts out there? I put it out in garden for birds to look at :) Open Question: what color will light blue and lavender purple make?i am painting my walls in my bedroom lavender , but i have some light blue paint and was wondering what color they would make. Open Question: Does paint look lighter or darker when applied to primer?My aunt and uncle are having a house built and they have paint samples from Sherwin-Williams. They are having a white primer put onto the wall and then they are going to paint it a bluish-gray color. They want a semi-dark color and have found what they think looks perfect. But they are afraid that the paint wont look exactly the same as it does in the sample once it is put onto the wall. So they were wondering: Does paint appear lighter, darker, or exactly as pictured in the sample once it is placed onto the actual wall? Open Question: Why does hot water now come out of the faucet when I turn on the cold water only?The faucet is a bathroom faucet (one spout, separate knobs for hot and cold water). The electric water heat (2 1/2 gallons) was changed yesterday by plumbers. I almost never use hot water. Every time I turn on the cold water, hot water comes out for 10-20 seconds. What happened? How can this be remedied? Thanks. Open Question: should i tear down this wall?ok here's the deal. i have a 4 br bungalow home, the whole upstairs is 1 br & 3 small br down. 1 of the br is off the living room but the problem is, is that the living room is so small its a shame!!!! so i was thinking of tearing down that wall & making a nice big living room would this be smart? because the house would be back on the market in 5 yrs so i was wondering which setup would sell faster/sell for more. 4 br SMALL living room or 3 br BIG living room? THX... this wall was a add-on how do i check to see if it's load-bearing? Open Question: Redecorating the living room...should I do carpet or hardwood floors with a rug?Or something else?
