Open Question: Would a hoop canopy make my twin bed look too childish?I'm 21 and I have a very small bedroom and I live with my parents. I have a white twin sleigh bed and I was wondering if a hoop canopy would look too childish for a twin bed. I have seen them used on regular sized beds. Open Question: if you had to choose witch ones would you pick?what colors do you think are good for a boys room? -winter fresh blue and forest green (deff. not my fave.) -sky blue and soft yellow (i think its for girls but aunt disagrees) - Dark Slate Blue and Dark Sea Green he is six and want's his room some type of blue and green my aunt wants to add soft yellow witch i feel is more of a female color. Thanks Open Question: Problems with old wallpaper, decor, etc!?Hi, I'm living with my fiance. The wallpaper in his house has been on for at least twenty years and the decor and furniture has never been changed in all that time. The whole place looks dirty and tatty. However, he refuses to change it. It's not the money, as I have offered to pay for it myself. He says, he likes it as it is, and if I change anything, he will change it back and if I wallpaper or put decoration anywhere he will rip it down amd destroy it. He says he is fed of me wanting to destroy things! I want to make it nice for us, but he says it's fine as it is, except it isn't. I live there, but have no say in how it looks. I'm fed of the place looking tatty - what would you do.
