Open Question: Any ideas of what I could revamp a rusty old mangle into..?

..that has been sitting in the garden since we moved in 18 years ago? Something similar to this one.. http://www.kingswoodmuseum.org.uk/images/Mangle.jpg My mum just mentioned today that we should send it to the dump as the wooden rollers have been eaten up my woodworm. Its so rusted It doesn't even turn anymore. Since its been sitting there for as far back as i can remember i have never really payed much attention to it before. The sides of it are shaped in a fancy design and the arch over the top of it has the name of my home town engraved into it. I was thinking it could be dismantle and turned into something useful (As ive seen done on TV) Maybe something like a table? I was thinking possibly a table for my vintage sewing machine? Any other ideas?

Open Question: Cheap storage bins/baskets?

Okay, so I'm trying to organize my room (this is like my 10th time trying to do so lol) and I realized that my problem was that I didn't have storage bins or anything of that sort to really help me organize all my stuff. I have sooooo many things in my room its over-whelming. I basically just want to hide everything but i'm on a tight budget and was wondering where I could get storage bins/baskets to put in my closet and under my bed And do you guys have any suggestions for cleaning my room? I really want it to stay clean now! Please no container store or Ikea because I already know about those and they are still to expensive! Thanks in advance!!
