Open Question: How can one estimate the value added by hardwood floors?Hi, I am thinking about installing hardwood floors in my condo (currently a warehouse look with cement floors). Does anyone have a good way to estimate the increase in value by installing hardwood floors? It would be nice to know if that is a profitable choice to make, or if I am just spending money for something nice that won't give back the same resale value. I also consider myself kinda stylish. I'm soon going to be redoing my room and I've just recently bought a zebra print comforter. This room has to last till i move out... The thing is i have no idea about what color i should paint my walls, or if i should have any type of accent wall, because i don't want to overpower the room. I can't have yellow because my dad does not like to paint with it because it does not cover well. anything other than that, goes. tips and ideas would be appreciated. also i was wondering how to incorporate the color with the comforter. The main bathroom and three bed rooms are upstairs. So that would be two little girls rooms on our master bedroom. The main floor is the entrance, kitchen, dining room, and living room.
