Open Question: What is this white worm in my bathroom?!?

It is about the width of a pinkie fingernail, string-like and with grey wings. I suspect that it might be some sort of a water worm or a termite, but termites look like white ants according to images I found, whilst this worm literally wriggles. Anyone knows what it may be? :(

Open Question: Any idea for the cost of carpet for 216 sq feet?

My neighbor will put it in for me which will cut cost. I didn't see any prices on Lowe's or Home Depot. I am assuming that they will be the cheapest. I am hoping not to spend to much.

Open Question: How to frame a set of keys?

My boyfriend and I currently live in University Halls of Residence and both have a copy of each other's keys. We're moving out soon and moving into a house and thought it would be cute to frame the two keys. They're about 2 or 3mm thick and I want them to stay put in the center of the frame, does anyone know a particular trick for this, or is there anything specifically for this purpose? If you do include a link to a particular type of frame to buy, a UK-based website would be fantastic, thank you.
