I have a dining room that opens into a hall and kitchen area and want to use cool green/ sage green paint. I'd like to paint one wall a darker color, and use a medium green on the rest of the walls and a lighter (but not pale) green in hall. The paint can't be too warm as it won't flow with the tile floors, this is a pic of the tile, and some pottery: http://img.makeupalley.com/thumb.asp?sb=h&f=1_1_7_9_1559511.JPG&maxSize=600 Thanks very much!

I have a nice darker brown wooden floor and a tan leather couch against a milk chocolate brown wall. The wall at right angles to it is also the same brown but has 3 windows covering most of the wall and a tan leather love seat against it. The 3rd wall is a stone fireplace and the 4th wall is the same brown but opens into the kitchen. I would like to know if I could replace the tan leather couch with black leather and if so, what color curtains would look good on the windows.

My sister is moving out soon and i'll have her room, her room is already v. small - so feels a bit cozy... But I want to repaint it etc etc etc... make it my own, But how can I make my bedroom look cozy?? traditional furniture? what type of lamps? wallpaper or paint? rugs? curtains? thanks xx btw I want my bedroom to look a bit like this but without the books.. lol http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3410/3331658664_68373b3a02.jpg
